About Tover
Our Tovertafel games – serious games for people with dementia, intellectual disabilities and children with special needs – are already being used in over 11,000 institutions worldwide. That’s something we’re very proud of! But our ambitions go beyond this. There are still many more people, family members, and caregivers who could benefit from the playful energy that the Tovertafel brings.
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of quality across our product development. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and executing testing processes that ensure our interactive products are reliable, intuitive, and a joy to use – both for care professionals and the vulnerable groups they take care of.
You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to create and run test plans, log and track bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our hardware and software experiences. You will also take the lead in building the foundation for test automation as we scale; ensuring that every new release brings us closer to our mission without compromising on quality.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a structured way of thinking, and a hands-on mindset. You’re not afraid to explore unknown terrain and you thrive when given the space to figure things out. You care about the end user, and you understand that for someone with dementia, even small improvements can lead to meaningful moments of joy. If you are a problem solver with a sense of purpose and a passion for quality, we would love to hear from you.
